Queen Elizabeth School is extremely fortunate to have secured a concert with Supertramp’s saxophonist John Helliwell and his group Crème Anglaise.

The group was put together by John outside his commitments to Supertramp and includes Mark Hart (vocals, guitar and keyboards), Mike Walker (internationally acclaimed jazz guitarist) and the rocking Geth Griffith on double bass and bass guitar. On piano and Drums respectively; Arther Lea and Ben Bryant, two very talented young musicians who studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Crème Anglaise was formed in April 2004. The band recorded their debut album in France in February 2005 which was mixed in New York by John and Mark Hart a month later. Crème Anglaise will play music based on many styles including jazz, funk, blues, soul and rock.
